Surge Protection Sign Up

The Association has previously offered to owners the option to have two level surge protection. It was installed in the electric panel in their unit and at the electric meter in a central location in the building. 35 owners signed up for this option.

We have now had several inquiries after the recent power outages to again offer this protection. It will again be two level protection for a cost of $795. This price was requires that 20 owners sign up for the option. Please fill out the form below if you'd like this installed in your unit.

The surge protection will again be installed by Tech electric, the building's main electrician.

If someone does not know if they had previously signed up or you are a new owner and surge protection has already been installed, we will verify before proceeding with those owners.
